Support was generally helpful, but some things fell short
Coming from other software with support systems I was more familiar with, WFHI's telephonic help had some clear strengths and weaknesses. Early on, when I was setting up the dialer and exploring the database features, the support staff answered my questions thoroughly and made the training process easier to understand. This was a definite improvement over what I previously experienced where support was less engaged. However, when it came to ongoing communication after the initial setup, they were slower to respond than I had grown used to elsewhere. For example, questions about how automatic updates might affect my workflow sometimes took longer to address, which created mild uncertainty. Invoicing and payment processes were mostly well-handled and transparent, which was positive and matched my prior expectations. The onboarding itself was smooth enough, but the training materials could have been more detailed and updated based on user feedback, which was not the case here. Overall, this mixed experience leaves me acknowledging that the important things like dialer support and billing went well, but there is room for more consistent and timely communication. The combination of helpful moments along with delayed responses distinguishes this experience from the more fully polished support I previously used.
