Support was a mixed bag but labels needed work
In general, the support team was reachable by phone and did their best to assist, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and patiently explained the steps involved in setting up my database and handling updates. However, some of their language was overly technical or used jargon that made the process harder to grasp on the first try. The labels in the software interface often didn’t align clearly with what the support team referred to, which caused some initial confusion. It took a few back-and-forth calls before I felt confident that I understood both the terminology and the options available. While the effort on both sides was present, the inconsistency between software wording and conversation meant I needed to double-check things independently. Despite these bumps, the support was responsive enough to guide me through and the overall communication was reasonable though it might be better if the wording were standardized to avoid misunderstandings. I think with clearer labels and simpler explanations, the experience would be much smoother going forward.
