When it appears

Reviews that pass our submission checks are published immediately. Nobody has to approve yours first.

If we can match your review to a WFHI purchase, customer record or interaction, we may add the appropriate verification label. Verification is not required for publication — an unmatched review is published and labelled “Unverified experience”.

The month and year of the experience, if you select them
The verification label and the publication date
Any response WFHI publishes underneath

Need it fixed, not just recorded?

Your review is public as soon as it is submitted — and you may later ask for it to be updated or withdrawn under the review policy. But it is not a support ticket. If money or access is involved, raise a complaint as well — that route has an escalation path and a named officer at the end of it.
