Trust centre
Everything you might want to check, in one place
No badges, no seals, no unverifiable claims. Just the policies, the prices, the reviews and the routes for when something goes wrong.

WFHI provides paid software and training services. WFHI is not an employer, recruitment agency or placement agency. Purchasing a WFHI product does not guarantee employment, assignments, projects, salary or income.
That sentence appears on every page of this site, in the footer and inside the lead and pricing flows, because it is the single fact most likely to change whether WFHI is right for you.
What WFHI is
The company, the product, and the claims it does not make.
Money
What you pay, what it buys, and what happens afterwards.
Reputation
Customer feedback, published without filtering by rating.
When something goes wrong
The routes that exist for problems, and where they end up.
Legal and privacy
The agreements that govern your use of WFHI.
What is deliberately missing from this site
A trust centre that only lists what a company has is half a trust centre. These are things this site does not show, and why:
- No customer count, award, certification or media logo
- WFHI has not published any of these in a source this site can verify, so none appears. A logo wall is trivial to fake and therefore worth nothing as evidence.
- No complaint or resolution statistics
- No figures have been published, so none are quoted. The complaints page records cases in an auditable form, so real anonymised metrics can be published later with their method stated.
- No registration number or GSTIN
- Not published in any WFHI source. Ask for them in writing before you pay, and check them yourself against the public registries.
- No third-party review certification
- This is WFHI’s own first-party review system. It follows a published policy, but it is not accredited by anyone, and no such claim is made.
- No live representative lookup
- It would require publishing staff personal data. The verification page explains what to do instead.
Full list of business details WFHI has not published
- Entity constitution — The PAN embedded in the verified GSTIN (positions 3-12, 'CLPPR9392Q') carries 'P' in its fourth position, which in the PAN scheme denotes an individual/proprietor. That is a structural reading of an identifier, not a document, so it is NOT published. Confirm against the GST registration certificate before publishing.
- Company registration number (CIN / LLPIN / Udyam) — No registration identifier appears in the billing configuration, the invoice template, the legal documents or any document stored on the server.
- Date of incorporation or commencement — The earliest issued invoice is dated 15 December 2023. That establishes when invoicing began, not when the business was formed, so it is not published as an incorporation date.
- Directors, partners or proprietor — Not present in any first-party WFHI record available on the server.
- HSN / SAC code — Not present in any first-party WFHI record available on the server.
- Automatic renewal — The absence of recurring billing is consistent with plans not auto-renewing, but absence of configuration is not the same as a published term, so nothing is asserted either way.
- Compulsory charges after the first payment — Not present in any first-party WFHI record available on the server.
- Total customer count
- Any aggregate customer rating
- Any complaint-resolution statistic or service-level target
- Any award, certification or media mention
Security
This site is served over HTTPS only, sets standard security response headers, and rate-limits its submission forms. Review and complaint evidence is stored outside the web root and is never served over the web. Contact details submitted with a review are stored as one-way hashes and are never published.
To report a security issue, email [email protected] with “Security” in the subject line.
