WFHI operates a no-refund policy. All transactions are final once completed and cancellations are not supported once access details have been issued. Read the refund policy in full, and check the official payment channels before sending money to anyone.
Straight answers
Is WFHI an employer?
No. WFHI is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement agency. It sells software and training. Any work opportunities that appear are offered by third-party companies, and selection and payment are handled by those companies, not by WFHI.
Does WFHI guarantee a job?
No. Buying a WFHI plan does not guarantee employment, assignments or projects. The Terms and Conditions state this directly in section 4.1.
How much does WFHI cost?
The totals you actually pay, GST included, are ₹706.82 for the 7-day Android Sachet trial, ₹999 for the 7-day iOS Sachet trial, ₹9,438.82 for WFHI Basic (6 months) and ₹16,518.82 for WFHI Pro (1 year). GST is 18%: it is added on top of the headline price for every plan except the iOS Sachet, where the ₹999 already includes it. The Custom plan price is not published — ask for a written quote showing the base price, the GST and the total before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
No. WFHI operates a no-refund policy. Because access is digital and is provisioned immediately after purchase, all transactions are final once completed and cancellations are not supported once access details have been issued. Read the Refund Policy in full before you buy.
What is included in a WFHI plan?
Access to WFHI software; training and onboarding flow; calling tools (if applicable); automatic updates; support (varies by plan). Higher tiers may include priority assistance, an account manager, or a private number.
