What the labels mean

Verified purchase: The reviewer's payment for a named WFHI plan was matched to a WFHI record before publication.
Verified customer: The reviewer's registered phone number or email was matched to a WFHI customer record before publication.
Verified interaction: The reviewer was matched to a WFHI enquiry or support interaction, but not to a completed purchase.
