Is WFHI genuine?
This page does not answer that with an adjective. It sets out what can be checked, where to check it, and — just as importantly — which company details WFHI has not published.
How to use this page
Nobody should decide whether a company is trustworthy because the company’s own website said so. Every claim below is either something you can verify independently, or a quote from WFHI’s own published legal documents with a link to the clause. Where a detail is missing, that is stated plainly rather than glossed over.

What is WFHI?
WFHI, trading as WorkFromHomeIndia, sells a paid subscription to workflow software together with training and onboarding. Plans run from a 7-day trial to a one-year subscription.
Is WFHI an employer?
No. WFHI is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement agency. It does not hire you and it does not place you with a company.
Does WFHI guarantee work or income?
No. The Terms state in section 4.1 that WFHI does not guarantee employment, income, or any specific financial outcome. The Refund Policy repeats it. Where work opportunities appear at all they come from third-party companies, who decide selection and payment.
What legal entity operates WFHI?
WFHI products are sold and invoiced by Adapt Computex, GSTIN 24CLPPR9392Q1ZQ, from a business address in Surat, Gujarat. Both were verified on 16 August 2026 against WFHI's own billing configuration and the invoice template printed on every invoice it issues — 172,280 of them since December 2023. What is still not published is the entity's constitution (private limited, LLP or proprietorship), its registration number and its date of incorporation; none appears in any first-party record, so none is stated here. You can check the GSTIN yourself on the GST portal.
What are the official websites and contact methods?
There are exactly two official WFHI websites: wfhi.in, this public site, and app.wfhi.in, the customer and staff application. Official contacts are [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and the support line +91 80658 47436. No other domain, address or number is a WFHI channel.
Where are prices published?
On the pricing and fees page and on the plans page, and they are stated as the total you pay: ₹706.82 for the Android Sachet trial, ₹999 for the iOS Sachet trial, ₹9,438.82 for Basic and ₹16,518.82 for Pro. GST is 18%. Those totals were verified against WFHI's own issued invoices, not calculated from the marketing price. The Custom plan price is not published.
How are customer reviews verified?
Every review is checked against WFHI records before publication and carries a label stating exactly what was confirmed. Reviews are never rejected for being critical, and low ratings count towards the overall rating like any other. The review policy sets out the only grounds on which a review can be removed or redacted.
How can a customer complain?
Through the complaints and resolutions page, which routes to the official support process and shows the full escalation ladder: support, then the Head of Support, then the Nodal Officer, with a separate grievance redressal address.
What official payment methods are used?
WFHI collects payment through its own checkout using established payment gateways — Razorpay and PayU. WFHI does not collect payment into personal bank accounts, personal UPI IDs or personal wallets. If someone asks you to pay one, stop and verify before sending money.

What WFHI has not published
This page will not fill these gaps with a plausible-looking placeholder. None of the following appears in any WFHI-authored source, so none of it is stated anywhere on this site:
- Entity constitutionThe PAN embedded in the verified GSTIN (positions 3-12, 'CLPPR9392Q') carries 'P' in its fourth position, which in the PAN scheme denotes an individual/proprietor. That is a structural reading of an identifier, not a document, so it is NOT published. Confirm against the GST registration certificate before publishing.
- Company registration number (CIN / LLPIN / Udyam)No registration identifier appears in the billing configuration, the invoice template, the legal documents or any document stored on the server.
- Date of incorporation or commencementThe earliest issued invoice is dated 15 December 2023. That establishes when invoicing began, not when the business was formed, so it is not published as an incorporation date.
- Directors, partners or proprietorNot present in any first-party WFHI record available on the server.

What to do about the gaps
The legal name and the GSTIN above are verified, and you can check the GSTIN yourself on the GST portal. What is still missing is the entity’s constitution and its registration number. Ask for both in writing before you pay, and check them against the public company registry. A business that will not put them in writing is telling you something.
