Support and escalation
Complaints and resolutions
A clear case is easier to review, easier to escalate and easier to resolve fairly. This page tells you exactly what to include and where it goes.
Raise a complaint
This records your case with a reference and lets you attach evidence privately, so support has the whole picture on the first read. You can also just email support if you prefer.
Questions about complaints and escalation
When should I use this page instead of just emailing support?
Use it when you want the case recorded with a reference and evidence attached from the start — typically anything involving money, access you paid for, or something a representative told you. For a quick question, email or call support directly.
Do I need evidence?
It is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. A case with a receipt, a screenshot or a dated message is assessed on what happened rather than on two conflicting recollections.
Is my evidence published anywhere?
No. Files are stored privately outside the website, are never served over the web, and are not linked from any page. They are used to assess your case and nothing else.
How long will it take?
WFHI has not published a service-level target for complaint handling, and this page does not invent one. You will receive a reference immediately. If you have not had a substantive response, escalate using the ladder below and quote your reference.
Can I complain and leave a review?
Yes. They are separate and doing one never affects the other. WFHI does not make support, refunds or complaint handling conditional on changing or removing a review.
What if my complaint is about a refund?
WFHI operates a no-refund policy, so a complaint will not usually produce a refund. It is still the right route if you were billed for something you did not agree to, were told something different by a representative, or cannot access what you paid for.
