- Paying in instalments
- If you pay the total in instalments, the rest is the unpaid balance of the same total — not an extra charge. Get the total and the amount you are paying today in writing.

- Refunds

Important to know
These apply to every plan, so they are here once rather than under each one.
- At the end of the term
- Each plan runs for the fixed duration shown. Ask us in writing what happens at the end of your term before you pay.
- Optional extras
- Everything listed under a plan is what you get for its total payable, and it does not depend on buying anything else. If you are offered an optional extra later, get its price in writing before you agree to it.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations are not supported once an order has been processed and access details have been issued.
- Refunds and disputes
- All transactions are final once completed and no refunds are issued — see the refund policy. If you were charged something you did not agree to, raise it through complaints and resolutions.
- What a plan does not include
- A WFHI plan is software and training. It is not a job offer, and it does not guarantee employment, projects or income.
- A Custom quote
- The Custom plan is priced individually. Before paying, get a written quote stating the plan name, the duration, what is included, the total payable and the date the quote expires.
- Who to pay
- Pay only against an invoice or a checkout link issued by WFHI itself. Never into a personal bank account, a personal UPI ID or a personal wallet — whatever reason is given, and whoever gives it. If anyone asks you to pay a personal account — however convincing the reason — stop and check how to verify a WFHI contact first.
