Payment safety
Verify a WFHI representative
Before you pay anyone, or share anything, check it against this page. It takes a minute and it is the cheapest insurance available.
The single most important rule
WFHI never collects payment into a personal bank account, a personal UPI ID or a personal wallet. Payment goes through the WFHI checkout, using Razorpay or PayU. If you are asked to pay a personal account — for any reason, however plausible — stop, and verify using a contact detail from this page before sending anything.
Official WFHI channels
This is the complete list. Anything not on it is not WFHI.
| Websites | https://wfhi.inhttps://app.wfhi.inCheck the spelling character by character. Lookalike domains are the most common trick. |

Red flags
A red flag does not prove fraud. It means stop and verify before money or credentials change hands.
You are asked to pay a personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet
WFHI collects payment only through its own checkout. A personal account is never a WFHI payment channel. This one is close to decisive on its own.
The amount does not match a published price
Published prices are on the pricing page. If the figure is different, ask why in writing and check it against that page before paying.
You are promised a job, placement or guaranteed income
WFHI does not guarantee employment, work or income, and says so in its Terms. Nobody speaking for WFHI is authorised to promise otherwise.
You are rushed, or discouraged from checking
Urgency is the oldest pressure tactic there is. A genuine WFHI conversation survives you taking a day to verify it.
The email or link is not on wfhi.in or app.wfhi.in
Those two domains are the only WFHI web properties. Lookalike domains with extra words or different endings are not WFHI.
You are asked for an OTP, a password, or full card details
WFHI staff do not need any of these. Nobody legitimate will ask you to read out an OTP.
What to do if you are unsure
- 1Stop. Do not pay and do not share any credential until you have checked.
- 2Compare what you were told against this site: the pricing page for the amount, the refund policy for the terms, and this page for the channel.
- 3Contact WFHI yourself using a number or address from this page — not one from the message you received.
- 4Ask for the plan name, the total including GST, the duration and the payment channel in writing.
- 5If anything does not line up, raise it through complaints and resolutions with screenshots attached.
Live representative lookup: not available
There is deliberately no “check this employee ID” tool on this page. Building one would require either publishing staff personal details or copying staff records out of WFHI’s internal system into a public one. Neither is acceptable, and a lookup that only pretended to check would be worse than none at all — it would manufacture false confidence.
Until an authoritative verification interface exists that can be queried safely and read-only, the honest answer is: call WFHI yourself on the published number and ask.
Common questions
Can I look up a WFHI employee by name or ID on this site?
No. There is no live representative lookup here. WFHI has no public directory of staff that this website can query, and building one would mean publishing staff personal information or copying staff records into a public system. Neither is acceptable, so the feature is not offered rather than being faked. Verify by contacting WFHI on a number you found yourself, on this page.
How do I know a phone number is really WFHI?
WFHI calls from a rotating set of business lines, so the number that calls you will not always be the one published here. That means an incoming number cannot prove anything by itself, in either direction. What proves it is calling WFHI back on the published support line and asking them to confirm the conversation.
Which payment methods are official?
Payment through the WFHI checkout using its payment gateways, Razorpay and PayU. Never a personal bank account, personal UPI ID or personal wallet, whatever reason is given.
Someone is impersonating WFHI. What should I do?
Report it to [email protected] with screenshots, the number or address that contacted you, and what you were asked to do. If you have already paid, report it to your bank and to your local cyber-crime authority as well — do that first, because speed matters for a payment reversal.
Report an impersonation
Send screenshots, the number or address that contacted you and what you were asked to do. If money has already changed hands, contact your bank and your local cyber-crime authority first — speed matters more than anything else at that point.
