Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) before using the WFHI software, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by its authorized entities, including its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, collectively referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our.”

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Licence to use WFHI

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WFHI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. WFHI services and plans

WFHI is a software/technology solutions provider offering a platform that facilitates remote collaboration and workflow management.

• Accessibility: The Service is accessible on devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and computers.
• Functionality: The features available to you depend on the plan you purchase, and are described in the plan and pricing information published before purchase.

4.1 No Guarantee of Employment or Earnings

WFHI does not guarantee employment, income, or any specific financial outcome. Our platform and software are designed to assist and streamline remote work. Actual results depend on the user’s effort, skills, and utilization of the Service.

4.2 Plans, pricing and payment

• The price shown for a plan is the total amount payable for that plan. Applicable taxes are included in it.
• Each plan runs for the fixed duration shown for that plan.
• Where a total is paid in instalments, each instalment is part of that same total and is not an additional charge.
• Where a plan is priced individually, the total payable is quoted in writing before purchase.
• Current plans, their durations, what each includes and the total payable for each are published on pricing and fees.

5. KYC documents and bank details

Certain features or partner integrations may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (e.g., Aadhaar or other government-issued ID) and/or bank details for identity verification or compliance with legal obligations. By submitting this information, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy of Information: You will provide accurate, valid, and complete KYC documents and bank details. Any falsification may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
• Consent to Verification: You authorize WFHI and the partners it uses to process payments and verify identity to verify your documents.
• Data Sharing: We may share your KYC/bank details with the parties that process payments, or with law enforcement and government agencies if required by law or under a valid legal request.
• No Liability for Financial Transactions: WFHI is not responsible for the outcome of any transactions or any financial processes facilitated by third-party service providers.

6. Videos you share with WFHI

By submitting a testimonial video to WFHI, you grant us the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, play, and display the video (in whole or part) worldwide, without any compensation or royalties. Once submitted, the video will not be deleted and may continue to be used by WFHI for promotional or advertising purposes.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to not misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Use another user’s account without permission.
• Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account or submitting documents.
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Access or alter any non-public areas of the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of WFHI and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WFHI. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, and you acknowledge that WFHI is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WFHI and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of and access to the Service, or any person using your account.
• A breach of these Terms.
• Any claim that content you submitted caused damage to a third party.

12. Limitation of liability

In no event shall WFHI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WFHI does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date.

16. Acceptance of the Refund Policy

By accessing and using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
