I was a bit unsure at first how much of the initial setup would be a one-time thing versus what would require ongoing adjustments. Working through the onboarding flow, the moment it really clicked for me was when I started using the calling tools combined with the database feature. Once I integrated that into my workflow, the system felt a lot more manageable. The setup process was mostly straightforward, but there were a few details about configuring preferences that felt slightly confusing. Although the telephonic support team was available for guidance, I found myself relying mostly on self-help materials during the ongoing stages because the support calls weren’t always immediately handy. Automatic updates sometimes changed small features without much prior notice, so a quick heads-up or changelog would have been useful. Overall, I think the system is solid for handling remote workflows, and it became clearer how much effort is concentrated behind the scenes once I had used it for a few days. Just keep in mind that it's not entirely hands-off once you finish the initial configuration, but that’s understandable considering the suite of features. It’s mostly smooth sailing after that slight learning curve.
