It finally clicked once I found the quick guide
The moment it clicked for me using WFHI was actually when I stumbled upon the quick guide within the software dashboard. Up until that point, I had been poking around the database and dialer features, feeling a bit lost trying to figure out the connection between training and actual day-to-day work. Once I realized the guide was there, with step-by-step instructions on the calling tools and how to sync with the automatic updates, everything fell into place quickly. It felt like a lightbulb moment where the pieces made sense together, especially how to manage my contacts and place calls through the dialer efficiently. Before that, the support communication was helpful but mostly reactive, answering questions after I struggled a bit on my own. With that guide, I could operate more independently and confidently, which really improved my overall experience. Finding the resource so easily helped reduce friction in my early use of the software, and it gave me a better sense of control too. Since then, every time there’s a new update, I check the guide first, which saves me from needing to reach out to support as often. So that little discovery was key to feeling comfortable and getting my remote workflows underway.
