When I first contacted support for help navigating some of the database features, the responses took a bit longer than I had hoped. While the staff was polite and professional throughout, it sometimes felt like I was waiting too long between messages to keep moving forward efficiently. That said, once the support team did respond, their explanations were very clear and thorough enough for me to grasp the solutions well. They provided helpful step-by-step guidance that made using the software easier to understand. I think the communication delays lengthened the resolution time unnecessarily, but the quality of the answers did help make up for that somewhat. In future, faster responses would improve the overall experience significantly. Nevertheless, I appreciate the patience and care taken to ensure the answers were complete and easy to follow, which made the frustration less severe in the end.
