Setup was a bit of a pain, but then things smoothed out
When I first started with WFHI, the initial setup required quite a bit of time and some back-and-forth to get everything right. Specifically, dialing tools needed calibration and some one-off adjustments in the database connection were needed before I could really start using the software effectively. Once over that one-off hump, ongoing use felt much more streamlined and less demanding. Telephonic support was available if I needed it, but I found that after the first few days, the need decreased. The automatic updates rolled out quietly in the background, which was convenient, and I didn’t have to worry about keeping things up to date manually. So while the beginning was somewhat challenging, the remainder of my experience was much more pleasant and hassle-free. It’s a mix — a slow start, but for continuing use, a smoother ride.
