    Completely confusing from the start

I have to say that my experience with the sales and pre-purchase side of your software really left me frustrated. Right from the beginning, I found there was very little guidance about what exactly I needed to do to get the calling tools working properly or how to fully access the remote workflow features. I ended up having to figure out most of it on my own, which took a lot of unnecessary time and effort. The onboarding and training materials were vague and did not address the details I needed. It felt like an uphill battle just to learn how to navigate the dialer and database effectively. If there had been clearer instructions or some way to understand the automatic updates in advance, it might have helped. Instead, I felt that much of the initial process was confusing, and that really let me down given what I was expecting going in. This overall experience was disappointing and exhausting.

    Frustrating search for tools

I found the process of locating what I needed quite confusing. The layout didn't seem intuitive, and I struggled to understand where to go for the software I was interested in. It left me feeling very frustrated overall, as I expected a smoother experience based on what I had read prior. There was maybe one aspect that made some sense, but it didn't balance out my overall dissatisfaction.

You Didn’t Show Everything I Expected

I followed your sales pitch and website closely before deciding to buy, but I have to say, you didn’t show some key details. The onboarding flow was decent, but I expected more guidance on how to use the calling tools effectively from the start. The software promised easy access and smooth updates, but I found myself stuck trying to figure out features without much initial support. The sign-up and invoicing process was clear, which was good, but the training sessions were shorter than I anticipated. I think you could improve by giving a better preview of how the database feature fits with remote workflows. I’m still figuring out how to blend it into my daily tasks. What really caught me off guard were the times when automatic updates changed something without clear notice, making me relearn settings. So, while the product matches some parts of the description, you should be upfront about the learning curve and occasional unpredictability of updates.

Not for those who dislike endless setup hassles

Honestly, the whole setup with WFHI felt like a big drag from the moment I started chatting with the sales people. They made it sound like everything would be seamless and ongoing support would be just a call away, but that wasn't how it felt for me at all. The setup felt like a one-off marathon more than anything. There were loads of steps upfront—sign-up, training schedules, invoicing—and it seemed like everything required repeated confirmation and waiting, which was pretty frustrating. After I paid, I thought the dialer and database features would be ready to go straight away, but nope. It was a lot of back and forth and figuring out updates or software changes, which weren’t really explained clearly at the start. Honestly, if you like a smooth process with predictable ongoing support and fewer one-time setups, I don’t think this will suit you. It felt like a lot of juggling and trying to get all pieces in place at once rather than something that keeps you engaged steadily. The support calls did help a bit but I kept feeling it was more fire-fighting than proactive help. For someone who wants a simpler smooth start, I think they'd better look elsewhere.

Helpful sales process, but might need help again

When I first interacted with the sales process of WFHI, I found it mostly positive. The staff were very patient and informative, explaining the software features and training details clearly. The signup and payment process was mostly smooth, with invoices arriving reasonably promptly. However, I did feel a bit hesitant during later stages of onboarding because some details about using the dialer and database weren’t completely clear at the sales discussion time. I’m confident that I could manage by myself next time if needed, but there’s a chance I’ll reach out for help again just to cover all bases. I liked how the support was accessible when I initially called, though follow-up sometimes took longer than I hoped. Overall, comparing the good communication and clear invoices with the little uncertainties in technical answers, I can say the experience gave me confidence but also reminded me that some complexity requires extra guidance. So yes, I may need their help with future updates or new features even if the initial process went well.

Pehle waale software se better nahi thi ye

Maine pehle bhi remote workflow ke liye software use kiya tha aur mujhe laga tha ki WFHI kuch zyada behtar hoga, par asli mein yeh utna acha nahi tha. Jo dialer aur calling tools the wo thode buggy lage aur database feature itna efficient nahi tha jitna main expect karti thi. Support team se baat karne mein bhi frustration hui kyu ki kabhi kabhi samasya ko clearly solve nahi kar paate the. Training sessions achhe the par onboarding thoda confusing tha aur sign-up process itna smooth nahi tha jitna main ne socha tha. Invoice milna time lagata tha aur automatic updates bhi kabhi kabhi interrupt karte the kaam. Mujhe laga yeh software mere liye utni help nahi karega jitni main chah rahi thi, especially jab pehle se kisi aur software ka experience ho to satisfaction milna mushkil hai. Overall isne mera kaam asaan nahi kiya aur main aage bhi shayad naye options explore karungi.

Not sure if I'd do this again, day to day was mixed

I have to say that using the software on a daily basis was a bit of a mixed bag. While the initial setup, sign-up, and payment process went pretty smoothly, the daily experience was not always consistent. Some days the database worked just fine, and the calling tools performed as expected, but other times I faced laggy dialer responses and slow support callbacks that really hindered my flow. The training felt adequate at first, although it didn’t fully prepare me for such glitches. Over time, it became a bit frustrating handling these irregular behaviors. Because of these day to day inconsistencies, I’m not sure if I would go through the purchase process again considering the software’s unpredictability during real use.

Expected smooth process, got stuck in loops of waiting and repetition

I was hoping the pre-purchase phase would be straightforward but honestly it turned out quite frustrating. The initial sign-up seemed simple enough, but then the waiting started and it felt like I kept getting passed around. It was a mix of waiting on callbacks and the same questions being asked repeatedly, which made the whole thing drag on longer than I expected. At one point, I thought maybe it would just click and I’d get through, but no, it was like a loop with the same back and forth again and again. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if it was miscommunication or just how they run things, but it took way longer than I thought it should. In the end, my main takeaway is that the process was more exhausting than streamlined, which was disappointing.

Figuring out payments stood out to me

The sign-up process was quite clear and smooth, so that part worked well for me. However, I found that the database feature wasn’t as easy to get started with as I expected, and I had to spend extra time learning how to make it fit my workflow. The invoicing and payment system was the standout because I felt the instructions weren’t detailed enough initially, so I had to figure out a few things on my own. The calling tools and dialer were okay but not perfect; they sometimes lagged after updates but remained usable. Overall, I’d say some parts felt ready-made while others needed more independent work on my end, which meant a mixed experience before I felt fully comfortable using everything.

Step order in sales process didn’t quite click for me

The initial steps in the sales and pre-purchase process felt somewhat disjointed and not very intuitive. When I started exploring the options, I expected a logical flow from introduction to detailed onboarding explanation, then to sign-up and payment. However, some parts seemed to jump ahead before I fully understood what was offered. For instance, invoicing details came up only after sign-up rather than being explained beforehand, which was a bit confusing. The software demo and training outline were provided later than expected, leaving me feeling unprepared when I tried the calling tools early on. On a positive note, the pre-purchase support was available and responsive, so I could get answers relatively quickly, even if the sequence of steps wasn’t ideal. Navigation between sales, support, and training portals could be smoother too. Overall, the process works but could benefit from better sequencing to help users build clarity gradually. I’m not sure there was a precise moment where the process fully clicked for me, but the team’s willingness to assist did help mitigate some of the rough edges during onboarding and payment.
