I found the process of locating what I needed quite confusing. The layout didn't seem intuitive, and I struggled to understand where to go for the software I was interested in. It left me feeling very frustrated overall, as I expected a smoother experience based on what I had read prior. There was maybe one aspect that made some sense, but it didn't balance out my overall dissatisfaction.
