Not sure if I'd do this again, day to day was mixed

I have to say that using the software on a daily basis was a bit of a mixed bag. While the initial setup, sign-up, and payment process went pretty smoothly, the daily experience was not always consistent. Some days the database worked just fine, and the calling tools performed as expected, but other times I faced laggy dialer responses and slow support callbacks that really hindered my flow. The training felt adequate at first, although it didn’t fully prepare me for such glitches. Over time, it became a bit frustrating handling these irregular behaviors. Because of these day to day inconsistencies, I’m not sure if I would go through the purchase process again considering the software’s unpredictability during real use.
