Wouldn’t choose again given the confusing sales terms
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase phase was not as smooth as I wanted. The labels and terms used in the package descriptions and software features felt unclear at best. It was hard to tell which options were genuinely necessary for what I wanted to achieve, and this led to some guessing about the final scope and cost. Communication from sales was somewhat generic, offering standard details rather than tailored explanations. This made evaluating whether the software met my needs a cumbersome task. While the sign-up process itself was straightforward enough and the invoicing arrived promptly, the initial lack of clarity meant I hesitated to fully commit. I did appreciate that there was some flexibility seen once I raised questions, which showed willingness to assist despite the vagueness. Overall, although the product has some useful features, I’m doubtful I would choose to go through the same sales approach again. The confusing wording and labeling put me off, as I believe transparency should have been better to help buyers decide with confidence. I know now to ask more upfront or look elsewhere before investing time and money.
