Not for beginners or straightforward users
When I first signed up with you, I was really hoping the sales and pre-purchase information would clearly match the software and training offered. Unfortunately, in many ways, it just did not. I expected a streamlined onboarding flow, but the initial steps felt scattered. The database feature, which I thought would simplify my workflow from the beginning, seemed more complex than promised. Also, the calling tools and dialer were not as intuitive to operate daily. One positive is that the automatic updates did come through regularly without any hassle, which I appreciated. However, the telephonic support was inconsistent, sometimes taking longer to respond than I expected. I found the invoicing and payment process somewhat confusing because the explanations were not detailed upfront, leading to some back-and-forth trying to understand charges. Overall, I do not think this service would suit someone looking for an easy, fully guided setup or very straightforward remote working tools. If you want to dig deep and figure things out yourself, then maybe it could work, but for those who want predictability and clarity from the start, it might not match expectations.
