surprised to see steps not in logical order
Honestly I did not expect the process to be so out of sync. Signing up first was easy enough but then I had to wait for training before I got access to key software features which was a bit annoying. Also the dialer setup came after explaining the database usage which caught me off guard because I wanted to start calling asap. It felt like the order they followed didn’t really make sense logically. What made it worse was invoicing info being shared even before I fully understood how to use the tools. I guess I expected the basics to come first and payments later but that was not the case. Though the telephonic support was decent when I got stuck, the flow of steps could be improved a lot to save everyone’s time and avoid confusion. Overall I was surprised that a system designed for remote workflows could feel so uncoordinated and patchy in setup stages.
