Training and onboarding required much more effort than expected
Prior to beginning the WFHI training and onboarding, I assumed the process would be relatively straightforward and efficiently laid out. However, the reality was somewhat different as it demanded considerable effort on my part to reach a satisfactory level of understanding. The instructional materials were insufficiently detailed in certain areas, making it necessary for me to spend extra time experimenting with the software features, such as the calling tools and the database management. My expectation was that the onboarding flow would be more intuitive, guiding me step-by-step without repeated confusion or the need to contact support frequently. Although the telephonic assistance was informative when contacted, relying on it frequently indicated that initial guidance was lacking. The automatic updates, while functional, occasionally altered the interface without warning, adding to the challenge of maintaining workflow consistency. While I can acknowledge that eventually I gained enough know-how to use the software, the process was more time-consuming and demanding than I had anticipated, which tempered my overall satisfaction with the onboarding experience.
