onboarding and training took longer than expected
Reflecting on my experience with their training and onboarding, it definitely took more time than I initially thought it would. The wording and labels in the modules were sometimes unclear, especially when they involved technical terms or specific workflow steps. It made me stop and double-check what was required rather than feeling confident about moving forward. For example, some parts referred to features using different terms than the ones actually used in the software. This mismatch was confusing until I got used to it, which took a few sessions. While the overall content was comprehensive and helpful, this inconsistency in labeling extended my learning curve. I also wish the flow of onboarding had been more intuitive so that I didn’t have to jump around the dashboard looking for related features. In spite of these issues, once settled in I found the training did cover what I needed to manage the software well. So it’s a mixed bag really: the material was useful but navigating and understanding it took longer than I hoped because of the language and interface clarity. It’s the kind of experience that might improve with updates or clearer labelling in future versions, which would make onboarding quicker and less frustrating overall.
