I was quite surprised by some of the wording used in the WFHI training and onboarding process. Certain labels and instructions seemed ambiguous or overly technical, which made understanding some steps slower than I anticipated. For example, the distinction between different calling tools wasn’t as clearly conveyed, and I spent extra time trying to figure out where to find specific features in the software dashboard. While the sign-up and payment steps were straightforward, the onboarding phase could benefit from clearer language to reduce confusion. I also found the training videos helpful but sometimes too fast-paced for someone new to remote workflow software. It was a bit disappointing because I expected a smoother introduction overall. Still, once past the initial hurdles, I managed to navigate everything, but I wouldn’t say the wording felt intuitive or particularly user-friendly throughout this early stage of using the product.
