Too long a time for training to inspire confidence
When I started the onboarding procedure with WFHI, I was expecting a fairly streamlined process that would set me up promptly and build my confidence quickly. Instead, it took much longer than I had anticipated to get through the various training modules and setup steps. The initial modules seemed basic and stretched out, and while I appreciated the detailed coverage, the pace was slower than I hoped. I reached the point where I could use the calling tools and dialer, but it took me several days to become familiar with their functionality fully. Compared to previous software and training experiences, this felt drawn-out and affected my motivation. On the plus side, the automatic updates helped keep the software fresh without me needing to intervene, which was a relief during the setup. I also found the database feature aligned well with my intended workflow, allowing me to start organizing contacts efficiently once I was past the steep learning curve. However, by the end of the onboarding, although I had the essentials in place, my confidence in managing a remote workflow with this software was still not where I wanted it. I believe a more accelerated approach or more engaging delivery could have made a significant difference in how secure I felt about the tools and processes provided.
