I started off hoping the support team would guide me through every step, but I found myself figuring out a fair bit on my own. The onboarding documentation covered basics, yet several features required trial and error, especially with the calling tools. There was a moment during the database setup when things clicked, making subsequent tasks smoother. However, I hit a wall when trying to navigate some of the more complex features, and had to rely on telephonic support. Their assistance was available but wasn’t always able to resolve nuanced questions immediately. The communication felt uneven, sometimes helpful, sometimes leaving me to discover solutions myself. It wasn't terrible, but I expected more hand-holding with the software’s quirks. Overall, I value that support existed but also had to balance between learning independently and waiting for replies from the team. It made the experience less seamless than anticipated but not unusable either.
