time wasted trying to fix access problems
The software experience was not great when things went wrong. Initially, I faced access issues which took an unexpectedly long time to resolve. The dialer sometimes failed to connect calls properly which caused disruptions to my workflow. While the database feature was functional, it did not handle errors gracefully, making recovery slower than it should have been. In terms of updates, automatic installation sometimes caused the software to restart at inconvenient moments. Although the telephonic support was reachable eventually, the time taken to get an actual resolution made the experience frustrating. The onboarding process did not prepare me well enough for troubleshooting these issues, and I had to rely heavily on support calls that lasted longer than expected. After several attempts, some problems were fixed but it felt like a slow process overall. The one positive was that the software did technically accomplish its core tasks once it started working, but the delay was a significant drawback. Given the time invested, I hoped for a more robust system and smoother issue handling in future updates.
