Honestly, I did not understand most of what was explained about using the software and accessing the tools. There were too many unclear instructions and the onboarding steps felt like they were going in circles without telling me what was next. I tried calling support but the explanations still felt vague and didn’t clear up my confusion. The dialer and database tools sounded promising but I never got comfortable enough to use them properly since the setup itself was confusing. I was hoping for more straightforward guidance or maybe a clearer manual, but instead I got lost in too many updates and permissions that were never explained clearly. Honestly, I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out and in the end I decided it’s not the right fit for me. If things were better explained or simpler, I might try again, but as it stands, it’s too complicated and frustrating to continue with it.
