Good setup balance but recurring parts could improve
WFHI software setup was quite straightforward. The one-off setup, like linking the database and configuring the dialer, didn’t take too long, which was a relief. After the initial setup, the software performed reliably and the automatic updates helped keep everything current without manual intervention. However, I noticed that ongoing tasks, like managing contact lists or scheduling calls within the software, sometimes felt repetitive and could be streamlined better. It’s a balance because the ease of the initial setup encourages use, but the daily tasks might get a bit tedious if you rely heavily on it. I liked that the sign-up and payment process were smooth and invoicing was clear without surprises. Overall, I’d say the good sides outweigh the less convenient parts, but improvements in how ongoing maintenance is handled would make the software even better. I would keep using it but hope they refine the ongoing user experience to reduce repetitive tasks over time.
