Too much waiting during training, but support was somewhat helpful

The training and onboarding process with WFHI definitely was frustrating at times, mostly because I felt there was too much waiting involved. Between sessions, I had to pause for long intervals which broke my flow and made it hard to stay engaged. The material did cover the features well, but it felt repetitive on a few points, which was unnecessary and made the whole ordeal feel longer. On the bright side, the telephonic support when I reached out was prompt and actually helped clear some specific doubts I had about using the dialer and database. That part was fine. The automatic updates kept the software running smoothly, which I appreciated, but the overall delay in moving through training stages really held me back. Also, signing up and handling invoices was as expected with no surprises at least. I just think the onboarding needs to be tighter and better paced because the waiting combined with repetition made this experience more tedious than helpful. I would have liked it to be more streamlined and speedy, but I did learn what I needed in the end, more or less.

Training was useful but some instructions just confused me

Hey, so the training modules were kinda helpful overall, teaching me the main stuff I needed to know. But honestly, some of the labels and wording were so weird I was completely lost at parts. Like, they used terms I hadn’t seen before and didn’t explain them clearly, so I kept asking myself if I was missing something obvious or if they just expect you to guess. The onboarding was easy, but those confusing bits made me hesitate - I wish they’d tone it down and use simpler language.

Training hours at odds with my actual work schedule

I anticipated that the training and onboarding would fit well within my working hours, allowing me to follow step-by-step modules and gradually set up my workflow without pressure. However, the scheduled training sessions didn’t always align with the hours I typically work, which caused some challenges. Sometimes I had to attend sessions after my usual day or during breaks, which wasn’t the most effective for me. Fortunately, the training materials were available asynchronously, so I could review recorded sessions or access the database and dialer tutorials at my own pace, which helped. Still, the live support during onboarding felt less usable when I wasn’t available at the times they seemed to offer assistance. I wanted the training to fully synchronize with my daily schedule, especially because syncing up workflows remotely needs smooth alignment. On the plus side, once I adapted, I found the software’s automatic updates and calling tools pretty intuitive to use despite the timing mismatch. Taking everything into account, the delivery and timing of training were just okay for my setup, and I had to adapt somewhat, but the ultimate outcome of being operational was positive in the end.

you made me put in extra effort but it was worth it

I want to be upfront that navigating your training and onboarding wasn’t as effortless as I hoped it would be. You provided good materials, but sometimes finding exactly what I needed felt like digging through layers of info. The search function and categorization could use a little polish to avoid that feeling of losing time. It definitely took me some repeated attempts and calls to support to piece together the right steps, and to figure out how the dialer and database features interact. However, once I committed the effort and got familiar with the system, I could see how well all the parts worked together to support remote workflows. I respect your design and the updates that keep things fresh and relevant. My criticism is just about the initial learning curve and how to locate resources quickly. If you can shorten that path, more users would probably feel confident earlier on and have an even better experience with the training.

    Confident and ready after onboarding

By the end of the training and onboarding, I felt genuinely confident about managing all aspects of the software. One particular moment that stuck with me was when I successfully used the calling tools along with the dialer to make my first batch of calls without any glitches. That instant confidence boost was priceless. The rest of the training sessions covered the database feature, automatic updates, and invoicing process but it was that hands-on call experience that really settled my nerves. I appreciated how the instructors paced the sessions to sync with my learning without overwhelming me. The onboarding flow itself was smooth, from sign-up to receiving my first invoice and setting up payment details. It felt like the team anticipated common questions and designed everything to reduce confusion. That streamlined approach definitely added to the overall assurance I felt before starting to use the software daily. Now I know I can trust that workflow. The clarity and support throughout these early stages made all the difference for me in feeling prepared and ready to take on remote tasks confidently.

Training mainly clear, but one part wasn’t

I completed the training and onboarding process with WFHI’s software and ended up feeling moderately confident. The calling tools and dialer settings were explained well enough to get started. However, the database feature setup was confusing and didn’t come across clearly in the training. It felt like this particular section wasn’t given enough emphasis or clarity. By the end, I could manage most tasks, but I could not say I was fully comfortable with the database aspects. This gap stood out compared to other parts which worked as expected. The updates felt seamless and support was reachable, but the training itself lacked thoroughness in this specific area. So my confidence is mixed depending on which feature I consider, not fully assured overall.

Training fit well with my working hours, overall effective

The onboarding process was flexible enough to fit within the hours I actually work, which made it easier to stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed. Training sessions were scheduled in a way that I could digest the content bit by bit between other tasks, so I never felt rushed or burned out. Most topics covered the essentials needed to use the calling tools and database effectively. My only minor reservation is that a couple of modules assumed more prior knowledge than I had, so I had to revisit them a few times. Still, the overall practical structure helped me get up to speed in a realistic timeframe.

Good fit if you like straightforward instructions, not if you dislike clear structure

You made it really easy to find the training sections I needed without having to guess or hunt around. The onboarding steps were laid out clearly, so I could see exactly what was expected and what to do next. I appreciated having quick access to the dialer tutorial because calling tools can sometimes be complicated to set up. If you want a training flow that’s organized and accessible, this will suit you well. However, if you prefer learning by trial and error or want to explore more on your own, you might find it a bit rigid. Overall, it was simple and efficient to locate information at every step, which made the start much smoother than I thought it would be. The database overview was also easy to find, so I could connect it to my workflows quickly. Thanks for making the flow so logically structured, it saved me a lot of time fumbling around.

Training was helpful but explanations missed marks

The training and onboarding experience with the software was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the trainers conveyed the basics fairly clearly, and I got a decent grasp of how to use the calling tools and dialer. The setup process was overall user-friendly, and the automatic updates ensured the software stayed up to date without much hassle. However, I had some reservations about the pace and clarity in some parts of the training. Certain explanations, especially around the database features, felt rushed and could have been more detailed. This sometimes left me confused about how to properly integrate the tool into my existing workflow. While telephonic support was available, I felt the wait times occasionally stretched longer than I would have preferred, which slightly marred the otherwise good experience. Still, I appreciate the efforts in offering continuous assistance and updates, but a bit more clarity during the training phase would have definitely improved things for me.

good intentions but onboarding was a real struggle

The good part was the software looked promising and the training sessions seemed detailed enough. But honestly, I found the onboarding process way too complicated for me. I kept getting stuck on the database setup and linking it to the dialer. Felt like I always needed support even for small things. And the calling tools didn’t feel intuitive at all. Signing up was fine and payments went smooth, but the whole software felt like it required too much help from the support team. I guess I was hoping for more straightforward stuff and to use the software easily after onboarding but instead I think I’ll need help every time I try something new. Really frustrating sometimes.
