Settled on it after some thought
Reflecting back on the sales and pre-purchase phase, the steps seemed logical enough but not perfectly streamlined. The initial inquiry led me through demos and explanations that were quite informative, though some parts felt out of order. For instance, I was given access to certain features before I fully understood others that perhaps should have come first. This made it a bit confusing in deciding if the software fit my exact needs. Looking at the onboarding process later, some of this early confusion could have been minimized if the sales flow had set clearer expectations or guided me sequentially through must-know basics. Nonetheless, I eventually decided the software met what I was after. While the checklist approach might feel a bit disjointed, the outcome was positive enough that I’m continuing to use the platform and monitor how calling tools and database features evolve with the automatic updates.
