honestly some parts worked well, others could use a lot of fixing
So I’ve been using the WFHI software for a few weeks now and honestly it’s a mixed bag. Like, the sales process was straightforward enough, signup and invoicing didn’t take too long which was good since I’m not a big fan of complicated billing systems. Training was okay but sometimes felt a bit rushed, especially when they touched on the dialer and database features – I had to pause and figure things out on my own a few times. On the plus side, the day-to-day use has gotten smoother as automatic updates roll in quietly without much fuss. Call tools usually perform well but there were occasional glitches that slightly slowed me down, not a big deal but annoying. The telephonic support was friendly and helpful whenever I reached out, though I wish the initial onboarding had been a little more hands-on. All in all it’s not perfect, yet it does the job most days. I think if they iron out a few kinks, particularly in training and early setup, it could be pretty solid for those who want consistent remote workflow software without too much hassle.
