Expected smooth support but got mixed signals
When I signed up, I was expecting a straightforward setup with clear instructions and quick resolution if anything went wrong, but that wasn’t really the case. The onboarding flow had some glitches, particularly with getting my calling tools configured. I struggled to sync the dialer with my database, which slowed things down a lot more than I anticipated. On the plus side, automatic updates did work seamlessly without interrupting my work, and that was one good thing. However, the telephonic support didn’t inspire much confidence. They took a long time to respond, and the solutions were sometimes vague or felt like generic fixes rather than addressing my specific issue. Payment and invoice handling was okay — it was fairly straightforward, even if the invoicing emails were a bit delayed. Overall, I expected a better, more streamlined experience from the start, especially with everything being remote software-based. I’m not entirely sure if I made the right choice, but I do see some potential if they improve the support and onboarding process. That small reservation about support timings is holding me back from recommending it readily to others yet.
