The team was really quick in answering my questions during training
Hey! So I wanted to share how my onboarding and training with WFHI went. Honestly, the best part was how responsive the staff were whenever I had questions or hit a snag with the software. Every time I had a doubt during the training sessions or while learning to use the dialer and database, I just reached out through their support channels and got a pretty quick reply. That made me feel less stressed about not understanding some of the labels or workflow instructions right away. The overall onboarding felt pretty friendly and well-paced, which made it less overwhelming. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt my learning either, which was a relief. However, one thing that I thought could be better was maybe having more practice exercises or sample scenarios to try out early in the software use. I felt like some parts were hard to grasp until I could actually experiment with them live. But I still recommend the training if you want clear communication and don't mind figuring out some things on your own. It felt overall like a supportive environment.
