Training Wasn't Too Heavy, So I Won't Need Much Help Next Time
Hey, so I just finished the onboarding training and honestly, it wasn’t as tough as I feared. I mean, sure, I had to pay attention to the database part and figure out dialing options, but the sessions were pretty straightforward. The way they walked through everything felt like chatting with someone rather than a monotone class. I got the hang of automatic updates too, so I don’t think I’ll be stuck next time I start fresh or try out new features. It took some effort, especially juggling the training along with signing up and paying invoices, but nothing overwhelming overall. If I ever get stuck again, I know support is just a call away, but I don’t expect to lean on them much since I feel pretty confident now. So yeah, the effort was worth it, and next time, I bet I'll breeze through the setup much faster.
