Training mein galti hone pe time zyada lag gaya fix karne mein
Jab training chal rahi thi toh kuch galat steps maine follow kiye aur usko theek karne ke liye mujhe kafi waqt dena padha. Software thoda complex tha jab problems aayen, toh automatic solution offer nahi kiya. Mujhe support team se baar-baar baat karni padi jo ki thoda frustrating tha because unka response thoda slow tha aur mujhe continuously same cheeze samjhani padi. Onboarding process aur invoicing mein koi major problem nahi thi, par training ke dauran jab kuch galat hua toh fix karne mein zyada time lagna mujhe thoda disappointing laga. Overall, system solid hai lekin training ke waqt agar koi issue aa gaya toh usko solve karne ka process thoda time-consuming rahta hai jo har user ke liye ideal nahi ho sakta.
