Takes Some Time to Get Going, Probably Not for Beginners
I am still figuring out the full pace of WFHI’s training and onboarding. It took me longer than I thought to become comfortable using the dialer along with the database features, even though the automatic updates kept things running smoothly without disruption. I’m still not sure if the initial steps would suit someone brand new to remote workflow software, since it feels like more setup work is involved. The invoicing and payment system is relatively straightforward, so that part did not add to the delay. If you are used to these types of tools, you might get going quicker. But if you need continuous hand-holding through everything from sign-up to calls, this might feel slow. I think the platform suits someone with some prior tech experience more than a total beginner, though this is just my impression from my own onboarding process.
