Training and onboarding ended up with a usable but flawed setup

My onboarding and training experience with WFHI software was a mixed bag. The initial training sessions were well-structured and fairly comprehensive, allowing me to understand the basics of the remote workflow software quite clearly. The trainers explained the use of the database feature and the calling tools in a straightforward manner, which was reassuring. However, when I encountered an issue with the dialer not connecting properly during one of my early usage sessions, the support response was slower than I expected. The troubleshooting steps suggested did not fully resolve the technical glitch immediately, which was disappointing as I had hoped for a smoother fix. On the plus side, the automatic updates seemed to improve various parts of the software over time, eventually making the system more stable and easier to navigate. Despite the initial issues, I found that by persisting through the minor setbacks and contacting support as needed, I could get the tools and workflow running reasonably well. The sign-up and invoicing were handled efficiently and didn’t contribute to delays in starting my work. Ultimately, the outcome was that I could use the software effectively enough for typical remote workflow tasks, but it was not as seamless as I would have liked at first. I think the blend of good training combined with slower tech support affected how smooth the overall experience ended up being, but it is workable with some patience.
