Mixed experience on starting up with WFHI
I was hopeful about getting going quickly with the WFHI software and training but the timeline was longer than I expected. Signing up was straightforward, and at first, I thought onboarding would also move fast. However, the detailed explanations only began after a few follow-ups. The sales and pre-purchase interactions were measured and informative, yet it took quite some time to get the full setup running. While the support team was generally polite, the responsiveness wasn’t consistent enough to prevent delays. I appreciated the clarity in pricing and invoicing during the early steps, which helped set expectations well. However, the actual initiation phase—setting up calling tools and database integration—dragged on for days more than I had anticipated. On the bright side, the training materials eventually proved helpful once I managed to engage with them fully. The overall pace wasn’t ideal and felt like it could be improved, yet I value that the process was thorough rather than rushed. So, I have to weigh that the slow start was frustrating, but at least the resources were solid when they finally came through.
