Not worth it, took way too long to start
My experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process was disappointing because it took an excessive amount of time before I could actually get started. First, after I signed up, I waited days before receiving any sort of onboarding instructions or training links. When I finally got access, the setup for the calling tools and the dialer was more confusing than expected, requiring multiple back-and-forth with support. The wait for telephonic support was long as well, and when I finally spoke with someone, the explanations were basic and didn’t exactly clear my doubts. The database feature also required more time to understand than promised, and automatic updates ended up changing some settings without much notice, causing delays. Overall, the process from sign-up to being ready felt very stretched out with many needless delays and uncertainty. Because of this, I would say my verdict on WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process is straightforward: it was not a smooth or timely experience and didn’t meet my expectations to get going quickly.
