Good features, long waits

I’ve been dealing with the sales end of WFHI’s software for a few weeks now, and honestly it’s been a bit of a slog. I repeatedly had to explain my setup needs and what I was looking for, which got tiring because it felt like the same questions kept coming up in circles. On the plus side, I appreciate that when the onboarding information did get registered, their explanations were clear enough to get me started configuring the dialer and database. Still, the repeated back-and-forth and the waiting between responses really dragged down the pace, making me wonder if there was a more straightforward way to do this. While some updates rolled out automatically which helped, the initial onboarding felt slow and unnecessarily repetitive. They do have good outreach in terms of telephonic support, but it didn’t reduce the number of times I needed to repeat what I’d already said. Overall, I’m weary of the process even before starting full use of the software, though some parts like the calling tools setup show promise.
