Giving support and setting up took some time but it was worthwhile
It’s been a while since I started using WFHI’s software and training, and thinking back it took a bit longer than I expected to get everything running smoothly. The initial sign-up and payment process were straightforward enough, although understanding the various features I’d have access to took some patience. The training was detailed and helped me grasp the workflow concepts I needed for working remotely. The dialer and calling tools worked consistently once I got used to them, though I had to revisit some parts of the onboarding a couple of times with the support team guiding me over the phone. They were always available and addressed my questions clearly, which helped reduce my downtime. Over time, the database feature became an integral part of my daily routine, and the automatic updates ensured I had the latest tools without having to manage installations myself. Looking back, I would sum up my experience by telling a friend that although it took a while and some effort to settle in, the continuous assistance and reliable software made it worth the wait in the end.
