When telephonic help finally made sense to me
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I first called WFHI support about some issues I had with the dialer and database features. At first, the process felt a bit drawn-out; I had to clarify my problem more than once and wait through a few hold times, which made me question if things would be as smooth as described. But gradually, the communication started to meet my expectations better. The support person talked me through the steps patiently, guiding me to adjust settings and understand how automatic updates impact the software flow. It wasn’t an instant fix, and part of me thought maybe my expectations were too high, but by the end of the call, I felt more confident navigating the software. The onboarding and training had laid some groundwork, but practical support like this was what really helped bridge the gaps. The invoicing and payment side seemed clear and straightforward all along, so my main challenge was with getting the calling tools to feel natural in my daily routine. Reflecting on it, the moment it clicked was when the support call moved from me explaining repeatedly to a more effective problem-solving conversation. That shift made me trust the process more.
