Having gone through the WFHI training and onboarding process over several weeks, I find myself with a balanced perspective. The initial setup was fairly smooth, the platform's interface was intuitive, and the training modules covered many key aspects. However, as I progressed day to day, certain areas became challenging. Some of the deeper workflow integrations weren't as clearly explained as I would have hoped. This led to occasional confusion when applying those lessons practically. Onboarding support was generally responsive, though sometimes I had to wait longer than expected for answers, particularly on more technical queries about the calling tools. The automatic updates helped improve functionality without disrupting ongoing tasks, which was reassuring. Billing and payment processes went off without a hitch, and the invoicing system was straightforward. Despite these positives, there were moments when the software's database feature lagged in syncing data promptly, causing workflow hiccups. Overall, while the training and onboarding provided a useful foundation, the day-to-day experience revealed gaps that affected consistent efficiency. I might consider repeating it, but only if these issues are addressed to provide smoother ongoing use.
