Training mein thoda zyada wait aur repetition surprise tha
WFHI ki training aur onboarding process mostly theek thi, matlab it did its job. Lekin mujhe thoda ajeeb laga ki kuch steps mein baar-baar wahi cheezein repeat hoti rahi aur kabhi kabar mujhe thoda wait bhi karna pada because the sessions were scheduled with gaps. Ye repetition mujhe initially helpful laga but later thoda frustrating hone laga because mujhe lag raha tha ki main already woh cheezein samajh gayi hoon. However, overall process ne mujhe software use karne ke liye ready kar diya. Jo delay tha, wo big issue nahi tha par usse mera enthusiasm thoda kam hua. Mujhe laga tha ki onboarding fast hoga without too much waiting, par yeh thoda obvious nahi tha jab main start ki thi. Agar thoda better scheduling hota toh aur maza aata. But practical mein training kaafi effective rahi overall.
