Training materials clear in some places but confusing in others

The training module offered a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the videos and written tutorials did an acceptable job explaining the basic functions like how to sign up and set up the database. Those sections were easy to follow and the labels generally made sense. However, as I progressed to some of the more advanced features, like the calling tools and dialer settings, the wording became less intuitive. Descriptions sometimes included jargon or terms that felt vague without additional context. This made it harder to understand how to use those features effectively without searching for clarification. The onboarding flow didn’t always match the labels in the software itself, so I found myself guessing occasionally what a button or option was meant to do. I will say that automatic updates were well handled — the system updated silently and kept things working smoothly, which was a plus. However, overall the language used in training and labels could be clearer and more consistent to avoid confusion during early use. Telephonic support was okay but not detailed enough to fill big gaps in understanding. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward enough, but the onboarding experience would have felt easier if the terminology was simplified throughout. This mixed clarity left me wanting more precise guidance at points.
