Throughout the training and onboarding, I struggled to understand the instructions clearly. The explanations lacked depth and I found myself waiting, hoping for a moment when the process would suddenly become clear, but it never did. The steps felt rushed or incomplete, leaving me confused about how to properly use the dialer and access the database. Instead of gaining confidence, I just grew more frustrated. Despite repeated attempts to follow tutorials and seek clarifications, the onboarding process remained unclear, and I never really felt comfortable navigating the software.
