Support experience clicked after some tries
When I first started using the calling tools, I found myself figuring a lot out on my own. The telephonic support was available, but sometimes it felt like the solutions offered were too general and didn’t immediately resolve my particular issues. It was only after a few attempts and a bit of personal tinkering that things started to click; the database became more intuitive, and the dialer functions smoothed out as I adapted. What was helpful was that automatic updates kept the software evolving without me needing to intervene manually, which saved some time. Still, the initial phase required patience and a bit more trial and error than I expected. In the end, the experience was somewhat of a mixed bag—useful when it worked, but with a learning curve that demanded effort to get over. I'm mildly optimistic that future updates or improved support will make the process easier for new users.
