Clear aspects, confusing labels: mixed experience

You have some good support elements in place, like the ability to reach out quickly via phone. I found your telephonic staff polite and decently helpful when I called. On the other hand, the communication inside the software often left me guessing what certain labels meant. Some buttons carried terms that didn’t align with typical industry jargon, which delayed my understanding of how to proceed. You need to rethink the wording to better match user expectations. For example, I wasn’t sure if the “Assign workflow” label meant task assignment or database updates, which are quite different functions. This made the learning curve steeper than necessary. While your intent to create a unique interface is clear, clarity suffers as a result. It would also help if your automated messages were less formal and more direct. Despite these issues, I must grant that the support team tried to clarify my doubts, which I do appreciate, even if the initial terminology caused trouble.
