The patience needed for clear communication
When I first started with the WFHI software, I found that the explanations given by support were very thorough but required quite some patience on my part. Each detail about the calling tools and how the dialer works was broken down slowly to help me understand. However, it wasn't just about the clarity but also the time and effort it took to go through all of it, especially the onboarding flow. Many aspects of remote workflow required me to ask questions multiple times before I fully comprehended them. The telephonic support was accessible and willing to listen, but sometimes it felt like I needed to keep writing notes to keep up with everything being explained. Automatic updates were mentioned during the calls, and I was told they would help avoid issues later — which was nice to know in advance. Overall, the process was clear but definitely demanded commitment and focus because of how detailed the instructions were. It made me realize that understanding the software and features fully isn't instant, but the support team’s effort to explain things repeatedly was refreshing and helpful. Still, new users should be ready to invest time and stay patient during this initial phase.
